Tahlia is a Pilates instructor with 3 years’ experience in teaching Barre, Mat and Reformer Pilates. She is currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland, with an interest in performance enhancement and injury rehabilitation. With a dance and fitness background, Tahlia delivers a fun yet challenging class, targeting the whole body in a variety of functional exercises, incorporating the Pilates principles.
Tahlia actively promotes a healthy lifestyle by frequently attending gym and group classes, as well as playing social netball. She believes the foundation of a healthy lifestyle should incorporate regular physical activity, focused on building strength, balance and flexibility.
