Ly completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours from the University of Queensland in 2016. During this time, he also worked as Level 1 Sports Trainer providing sports taping and acute injury management for several football and basketball teams.
He has gained extensive experience working in private practice with athletes and weekend warriors. As such he has developed a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions and sporting injury management. Furthermore, he has also worked in a hospital and community setting focusing on neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation and geriatric care.
Ly is a keen basketball player and enjoys weightlifting. As a junior, he competed at a state level in athletics and played for the BSHS Second V Basketball Team. These experiences developed into a passion to be an active member of the sports community and help clients recover from their injuries.
Ly uses the latest evidence-based research in manual therapy and exercise prescription to help his clients achieve their goals and attain the best possible outcomes.
